The Speaker waived the Finance Committee referral for the following                                                             
at the request of Representative Thompson, Co-chair:                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 314                                                                                                          
    "An Act relating to the Alaska regional economic assistance                                                                 
    program; extending the termination date of the Alaska regional                                                              
    economic assistance program; and providing for an effective                                                                 
    date."                                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
HB 314 was removed from the Finance Committee and referred to the                                                               
Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.
